Robert “Bo” Cramer, CFP®, CIMA®

Bo Cramer joined OpenArc Corporate Advisory in 2025, after previously spending 14 years at Merrill Lynch. As a member of OpenArc, he uses a goals-based wealth management approach to help corporate executives and their families prioritize both near-term and long-term objectives while simplifying their financial lives. Bo delivers tailored strategies that include guidance on asset allocation, tax-efficient investing, cash flow management, lending, retirement income, and wealth transfer. He is also a member of the OpenArc Investment Team, which supports portfolio construction for custom managed portfolio strategies.

Bo grew up in Charlotte and attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. While at Vanderbilt, Bo was a member of the Commodores football team, which is part of the NCAA’s Southeastern Conference. Following a career-ending injury, he transitioned into a student-assistant role within the football program.

Bo and his wife, Mary Rachel, have called Atlanta home since 2011. They are blessed with two children, a son, Tripper, and a daughter, Sarah. The family is actively engaged in the local community through their involvement with Buckhead Church and City of Refuge. When time permits, Bo enjoys endurance sports and has completed multiple half and full Ironman distance events.
