Rachael Kelly, CPFA®

Rachael Kelly is Senior Vice President and Executive Relationship Manager at OpenArc Corporate Advisory. In her role, she partners with institutional clients to address the complex challenges of supporting employee financial wellness through retirement benefit plans and equity award programs. Rachael leads the development, marketing, and relationship management of OpenArc’s executive services platform, which includes full outsourcing strategies for Equity Plans, ESPP, 401(k), NQDC, 10b5-1 trading plans, and related educational services.

Rachael began her career in 2002 as a Wealth Management Client Associate, helping families plan and pursue their financial goals. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia, along with FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation.

Outside of work, Rachael is an active member of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) in her local Atlanta chapter, where she volunteers alongside her sons at various philanthropies. She resides in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with her husband and two children.
