Jose Hernandez serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Wealth Management Advisor at OpenArc Corporate Advisory. Since entering the wealth management industry in 2006, he has remained committed to helping individuals and families gain financial clarity and confidence through personalized planning and strategic guidance.

Jose and his team focus on developing tailored financial strategies that begin with a clear understanding of each client’s current situation, goals, and available resources. Their approach emphasizes transparency, ensuring clients understand both the value of the services provided and the structure of their financial plans. As life evolves and markets shift, Jose works proactively to review and adjust strategies, helping clients stay aligned with their long-term objectives.

Leveraging extensive investment resources, Jose provides guidance across a wide range of financial areas, including income management, education funding, retirement planning, and executive benefit strategies. His expertise spans equity compensation, defined benefit and contribution plans, nonqualified deferred compensation, concentrated stock positions, traditional and alternative investments, and wealth transfer and estate planning. He also collaborates with clients’ attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to deliver integrated solutions.

Jose holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia State University. He resides in Gwinnett County, Georgia, with his wife Melissa and their two children, Joaquin—currently attending the University of Tennessee—and Gabriel.
