Jeffrey S. Neumeyer

Jeff Neumeyer is Principal Partner and Chief Investment Officer at OpenArc Corporate Advisory, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and oversees portfolio management for high-net-worth individuals and families. With more than two decades of experience, Jeff brings deep expertise in concentrated stock management, estate planning, retirement planning, and custom financial strategies tailored to complex client needs.

Prior to joining OpenArc, Jeff served as Chief Investment Officer and chaired the Investment Committee for the Global Corporate and Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team at Merrill Lynch. As of December 31, 2024, he oversaw more than $10 billion in private wealth assets within GCIAS, helping guide investment decisions and strategy for some of the firm’s most sophisticated clients.

Jeff earned a degree in Operations Management from Auburn University, where he was a scholarship swimmer on the NCAA Championship Team. Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, he now lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children and remains an active community volunteer.
