Michael Sontag

Michael Sontag is Principal Partner and Chief Financial Officer at OpenArc Corporate Advisory. Since entering the financial services industry in 2006, Michael has focused on helping corporate executives navigate complex financial decisions and align their resources with long-term goals.

Prior to joining OpenArc, Michael was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate & Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team.

Michael earned his degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2006. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and daughter and remains actively involved in both family life and the local community.
