Jeffrey S. Neumeyer

Jeff Neumeyer is Principal Partner and Chief Investment Officer at OpenArc Corporate Advisory, where he directs the firm’s investment policy development and portfolio construction.  With more than 20 years in the financial field, he brings deep expertise in tax-efficient investing, risk management, governance and regulatory standards. In addition, he advises clients with complex financial needs on management of concentrated stock positions, estate planning, retirement planning, and custom financial strategies.

Prior to joining OpenArc, Jeff served as Chief Investment Officer and chaired the Investment Committee for the Global Corporate and Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team at Merrill Lynch. As of December 31, 2024, he oversaw more than $10 billion in private wealth assets within GCIAS, helping guide investment decisions and strategy for some of the firm’s most sophisticated clients.

Jeff earned a degree in Operations Management from Auburn University, where he was a scholarship swimmer on the NCAA Championship Team. Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, he now lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children and remains an active community volunteer.
