Chad Blalock is a Partner and Senior Wealth Management Advisor at OpenArc Corporate Advisory. He works closely with individuals and families to develop personalized financial strategies aligned with their goals, values, and changing needs. Using a goals-based approach, Chad helps clients clarify priorities, make informed decisions, and implement strategies suited to their risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and long-term objectives. He specializes in helping corporate executives manage concentrated stock positions and navigate complex compensation structures.

Before joining OpenArc, Chad was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate and Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team. In that role, he provided corporate benefits education and personalized financial guidance to employees and executives of major organizations.

Chad holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation from the College for Financial Planning. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance from the University of Georgia.

Chad lives in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with his wife, Natalie, and their two children. He supports several nonprofit organizations, including New Story, Inc. and City of Refuge. Outside of work, Chad enjoys playing golf and coaching his children’s sports teams.
