Andrew O’Connell is a Principal Partner at OpenArc Corporate Advisory, bringing three decades of expertise in benefits administration and comprehensive support for both participants and plan sponsors. As Corporate Operations Executive, Andy oversees a team of specialists dedicated to serving institutional corporate-client partners and providing personalized service to executive and senior plan participants regarding their corporate-sponsored benefit plans. He also collaborates across the organization to strengthen institutional relationship management.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Richard Stockton University (formerly Stock State College) and maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations. He resides in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
