Alexis Franco

Alexis Franco is Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer at OpenArc. She has six years of experience in the wealth management industry, including five years focused specifically within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space. Alexis has extensive experience supporting and advising RIAs from the point of launch, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams during pivotal growth and transition periods. Her professional background includes hands-on involvement in transitions to independence including operational buildouts, and strategic project management initiatives. In her current role, Alexis applies this expertise internally at OpenArc, collaborating across teams to drive execution, scalability, and operational excellence.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University. In her personal time, she enjoys exploring new fitness studios, restaurants, and cities.
